Our Home Inspection Partners

We work with a number of organizations to help make our home inspectors as successful as possible, including national home inspection associations, inspector schools, and more. Please check back, as we are creating new helpful relationships all the time.

ASHI - American Society of Home Inspectors

In 1976, a group of visionary home inspectors with the common goal of building consumer awareness and enhancing the professionalism of their field established the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). The Mission of ASHI is to set and promote standards for property inspections and to provide the educational programs needed to achieve excellence in the profession and to meet the needs of our members. The most respected professional association for home inspectors in North America, ASHI’s Standards of Practice—covering all of a home’s major systems—are now part of many pieces of state legislation and are recognized by consumers as the authoritative standard for professional home inspection.

InterNACHI - International Association of Certified Home Inspectors

The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) is the world’s most elite, non-profit inspection association. Our home buying clients enjoy the professionalism only InterNACHI Certified Inspectors can provide. Founded in 1990, InterNACHI is one of the largest home inspection associations in the world. InterNACHI members are required to adhere to the interNACHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. Wisconsin Association of Home Inspectors

WAHI is a voluntary, not-for-profit professional association dedicated to promoting and developing the home inspection industry within the State of Wisconsin.  WAHI’s goal is to improve the competency of home inspectors through training and professional interaction. Their monthly education programs focus on home inspections as well as industry concerns.

The American Society of Home Inspectors School

Virtually every successful professional home inspector will tell you that you must go on live home inspections to learn the business and skill. ASHI itself has required members to have performed live home inspections as part of its membership policy for years. The ASHI School gives you the live field experience you need for entering this wonderful profession.
