I’ve been an inspector for almost 4 years now. In that time, I have worked on three report writing software. I think that I’ve found the right one now. HomeHubZone has changed my life. In our line of business as Real Estate Inspectors, there is a general rule of thumb that it takes 1 hour per 1,000 sqft to inspect a property. My own home is a little over 4,000 sqft, and it has taken me about 4.5 hours to inspect it with about another hour to write the report. That’s a grand total of 5.5 hours to perform an inspection of that size.
